At KERU, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the information below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking, and international orders.
1.Order Processing
- Orders are processed same day, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.Delivery Time Estimates
All delivery times listed below are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 working days.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery within the UK, depending on the option selected at checkout.
International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
As a general guide:
- Express International Shipping: approximately 4–7 working days.
- Standard International Shipping: approximately 5–10 working days.
These estimates reflect typical international shipping times from the UK. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, local courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
3.Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over £250
For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
4.Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to track your order directly with the courier.
5.Import Taxes & Duties
We cover all import taxes and duties on international orders.
This means:
- No additional charges on delivery.
- The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
6.Delays Outside Our Control
While we work closely with our delivery partners to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
If your order is delayed:
- Please check your tracking information first.

7.Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
If you need to update your address:
- Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
- Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes, and delivery will proceed to the address provided
Customers can continue to track their order and liaise directly with the courier once the parcel is in transit.
